How did you hear about EverBridal? And so what brought you to do a call with us?

"I think I responded to an ad on Facebook. Well, our venue just opened in June, June of 2024, so I was looking for someone to take over the marketing efforts for it"

How did you feel about the onboarding process and getting all your marketing set up?

"I thought the process went really smooth. All my feedback was incorporated. The data shows that it's actually quite effective, certainly with AB testing in terms of which ads work better than others. I can follow the data along with the CRM that you guys use, so it's pretty easy to see the performance. We've integrated the tracking keys into our website as well as the CRM. You can just find all the history of when contacts were first initiated. And I think the biggest advantage for us is we've been finding the right customers that are looking for an exclusive venue at this price point. We don't really waste any time with people that only want to spend like a couple thousand dollars, $1 to $5,000."

You've been utilizing our inside sales representatives. Has this helped with screening and qualifying potential couples before they reach you?

"Significantly. I don't have the time for it, and the volume of inquiries has been so significant that I'm very glad that your team's doing th

After we started the process, how long did it take to get your first couple bookings?

"Maybe six weeks, because we had to schedule the tour, they had to come to do the tour and get the contract signed up. About six weeks."
