"We were doing anything and everything you could think of - Facebook marketing on our own, The Knot, VentTective, Google SEO - anything you can think of, and it just wasn't working. We were doing probably six to eight tours in a month, with our best year bringing in only $60,000 to $80,000. Opening in 2019 right before COVID didn't help, but everything we tried simply didn't work."
